The offer contained in the electronic communication ("eCoupons") is made by booknbooks.in and is open to selected booknbooks.in customers only. The value and the mode of using the eCoupon are mentioned in the electronic communication. The eCoupon can be used only once per customer and only on purchases made through booknbooks.in. eCoupon carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated or sold. booknbooks reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the eCoupon offer at any time. One eCoupon can be used only for one purchase irrespective of the value of such purchase and the unutilized amount shall be forfeited.

Any dispute arising with respect to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the rules framed thereunder. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Jodhpur and only the courts at Jodhpur shall have jurisdiction in relation thereto. The arbitrator shall be appointed by the mutual consent of both parties.

booknbooks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
